Carpet
I am wanting to install sirius satellite radio in my truck. I have all the nesessary equipment. I pull my driver seat out but now I ran into another problem! Has anyone pulled the carpet up in their trucks? I have the wires run close to the gas pedal and I want to get the wires from there to the drivers seat?

Pull the kick panel and the threshold piece, then the carpet comes right up. Then run the wires in the gutter along side the wires that go to the seat belt sensor switch and you're set.
I've got my carpet laying in the driveway right now waiting for me to finish with the steamer...

sorry it took so long to get back to ya. Yeah, just work your fingers in from both ends with your index fingers located in the area over the door seal and give it a good, quick pull while leaving your index fingers relaxed. Should pop right off. For the kick panel pull the door seal off just past the top of the kick panel and get one hand behind where it meets the seal and the other hand behind the side closest to the firewall then a quick pull with mostly the hand closest to the door opening.
