1964 differential

what type diff. did the 64 ford f100 come with mine is a 10 bolt tapered axles 35 /9 gears looks solid but must be limited slip???

If the center section comes out the front, it's a Ford 9 inch rear. If it has a cover on the back, it's a Dana 44 axle. Post the axle code on the door or the tag info if it's still on the rear end, we can decipher it for you.

35 tooth ring 9 tooth pinion 10 bolts to remove front 28 spline axles
and a whole lot of black tar grease!!! thanks

The ratio is right in what you posted, 3.69 , non-posi. It's a 9 inch Ford housing. Sounds like it's time to change that nasty fluid.
