I recently bought a 2001 F-250 and I had a similar problem. The door lock actuators then went out on me. Apparently this is a common problem. Ford puts these junky door lock motors in their vehicles and they're famous for going out on you. My company car is a Crown Victoria, and the door lock actuators went out at 8,000 miles.
If that's your problem, don't pay Ford the $400 to replace them. I went to a car alarm place and they put in an alarm and replaced the actuators for about $300.
If that's not the problem and your door locks still work with no loss of power, you probably have a bad switch that's shorting or activating. I'd probably pull one switch, drive for a while, pull another, etc., and see if that's the issue. Good luck.
