What spark plug to use?

I have a 96 bronco w/ 351w efi and 120k miles. What Motorcraft spark plug was standard and would a hotter plug be better for this motor, considering the miles.
I am asking because I am getting conflicting information.

use the stock heat range. you can look them up at www.autolite.com or www.motorcraft.com

basic copper plugs and some ford 9mm wires would be a good setup
