Here is a current evilbay auction you could pic one up from. Just past this # up in the search bar on ebay 8028277933. Also while you have this thing open it's a good idea to replace bulbs or like I did recently replace the bulbs with LED's alot brighter and I put blue ones in there looks really nice and lit up. Hope this info helps you on your search.

Yep thats the place I got my LED's I'm not sure it's the same place I got my overlays, that was quite a while ago. The auction # for the LED's is 4562273094 and thats for 6 so you'll have 4 extras or only 2 if you use 2 of them in the turn signals.
