its a piece of cake, it is located on the top of the rear diff, is held in buy 1 bolt (10mm i believe) the part is $25-$30. it is also called a VSS (vehicle speed sensor) should take you 5-10 , minutes

You need to have the speedo calibrated at the dealer or some tuners have the ability to do it

it may only need cleaning if your speedo is doing wierd things. You may want to try and just remove it and wipe it off replace the old one to see if that fixes the problem. It attracts metal particles which affects the ability to sense a signal from the tone wheel.
