Block heater
A buddy of mine has a 7.3 and his block heater went out. He went in for a new one, and they said he has 2 of em. He thinks he only has one. Can anyone help out and verify if there is one or 2 of em?

you dont say what year truck your friend has. The power stroke engines have the block heater on the drivers side near the oil filter. The older idi engines have the block heater seated into one of the soft plug ports on the passenger side.
