93 ranger torque question

93 ranger 4.0 does anyone know what the torque should be for the rocker arm assembly to the head should be?

24 inch pounds then mark the top of the bolt with a dot, then make a mark on the head 90 degrees from the first mark ,and turn the bolt till the marks like up. (so basically tighten to 24 inch lbs then turn 90 degrees. acording to the Haynes manuel)
