dual blasters
okay i would love to put a dual cat or header back exhaust system on my truck. right now on my 87 2.9 XLT short bed i have 2 1/2 inch costom exhaust that runs the stock course except the last bend was strigtened to go out back. But for the longest time i wanted to put on dual blasters but i have been worried about how the drivers side has nothing to hang the exhuast with. has anyone done this change over and was there a need to hang some new hangers? thx for your help

Well there are dual exhausts out there, so it can be done. If you wanna fabricate yourself, I'm thinkin' you're gonna have to go all the way back on the passengers side with both exhausts, until you get past the gas tank, then you can slam the exhausts seperate out to each side. If the diff doesn't get in the way...

hmm i geuss i jus t go to the muffler shop and see if there is any restriction that could cause a problem. i see them on the 4X4's of the same make and year all the time i just am to busy at work to take a look not alone afraid of the guy comming out to notice two legs hanging out from under his truck
