I put one from autozone in mine. Had 5th/OD go out 30K later so I was gonna R&R the disk only, they told me to bring in the clutch kit and they gave me a new one no questions asked. They give a lifetime on their kits. mine is 94 4.0, 2wd sc.
You can go with the ones from ford which are good, and there is one that provides to ford but I forget the name. Something force is one name I have heard. But Mine is mainly highway driving with some in town and the AZone one has held up well so far, has about another 30-40K on it since installed and I am having no problems. Only thing is that I think the pilot bearing design sucks, cuases a lot of drag on the main shaft which causes problems with shifting from a stop into 1st.
Other thing is, R&R the slave and master cyl while you are at it, best advice I can offer.
