Dinner in Anchorage
So I will be in town from the 4th of Dec till the 9th. If anyone would like to get together for dinner, say Pizza Hut or whatever let me know. I have classes from 8-5 M-S but am mostly free in the evenings.
Lets shoot for the 7th of Dec @ 7pm and go from there.

I'll be at the Sheraton from Sunday Night until Sat Evening. Not sure of which room yet. I'll pm you my cell number. Does the 7th of Dec @ 7pm still sound good?
By the way has it been windy there in Palmer? Pretty ugly here. Snowed 4-5 feet and now the wind is blowing it everywere.

I've been out at work all week Mike. So I really couldn't tell you about the wind. It appeared that we have a little snow.....ha,ha,ha. The time you gave me about coming thru Palmer, am I to assume that that was for this Sunday?? I doubt that I will make it into Palmer before 9pm......the roads are pretty sorry, at least they were last Sunday. I've got your number, so I'll give you a buzz as I come thru Anchorage. --Chris

Ok. I will be leaving here say 10 so I should be at the hotel around 4ish. I'll be real hard to miss. Big 4x4 van, red with light bar.

Well, Mike and I we the only ones to show at the dinner meet. I informed him that since I will be selling my house this spring, and moving back to VA by next September, I am stepping down as Mat-Su Regional Contact. I will have to much on my plate to take care of that I won't have time to devote to the Chapter. I will still remain a member of FTE and the Alaska Chapter (hopefully even after moving) I have stepped down as MSRL effective as of last Wednesday.

Typical. I just dont trust the roads from Anchorage to Palmer. Plus everyone drives at 70 no matter the road conditons. Once I got past Sutton they got better. Had to slow back down coming into Valdez due to some ice.
