2004 Explorer Tailight question

2004 Explorer Tailight question
I need to replace one of the taillights in my 04 Explorer, and noticed the new 06 Explorer taillights are blackened and I really liked the look, I also noticed that they appear to be the same shape and size as what I have. Does anyone know if these are infact interchangable and I would be able to replace my 04 tails with the new 06 look?
