help with speed....

I would like to know if any bubby knows or can point me to someone that knows...I work for a fire truck repair shop here in Pa. and one of are customers called an whated to know if there was a way to set the max speed of there fleet to around 70 MPH with out losing power they run power strokes form around 98 to 03 and F350 to F450..

I think you could have a custom chip burned, or even have the computers sent to DP-Tuner and Jody could do it.
