If you are talking about the Phillips Silverstar bulbs, they are great, I have them in both my vehicles, and cannot believe the difference at night compared to regular halogen.
I would only replace with stock or Silverstar, the so called other blue bulbs burn out too easily and are hard on the electrical system.
The Silverstars are excellent they cost me $20 per bulb but they are completly worth it.
Heres a comparision I did on my Honda Accord I forgot to take these pictures on the Aero.
The left is the stock halogen and the right is the Silverstar notice the difference in color? Now it doesn't look like an incredibly big difference in the picture (since my digital camera was in night mode) but the difference in light color and visibility is something you have to see for yourself.
