I just bought some headers at a swap meet that were new in box. The box says 1973-1976 Ford F250 4x4 352-428. That sounds like what I need except I have an F150. Does anyone know what the difference would be? I will make these work if something doesn't fit right, but why is there a difference between F150 and F250's. The only thing I could think of would be divorced transfer case on 250's. Other than that it should just be leaf springs, right?

You didnt mention if your truck was a 4x4 or not. I dont have a FE powered 4x4, but I did have a FE 2WD with headers. I am guessing that there might be a difference because of the height of the motor (the 4x4 might be taller) the presence a transfer case, and maybe re-located crossmembers.
Its transplanted into a 79 4x4 along with C6 and NP205 direct mount transfer case. I will make them fit, I just wondered why there would be a difference.
