No, Ford did not, but a whole lot of other people did.

Yes they did, but only in 2wd from the factory until the mid 80's when they were first put in 4x4's.

My mistake. I've never looked up a 2wd. Just assumed you meant 4x4. Sorry.

yes they did i happen to know of two right now that do in fact have 460's in them and are stock from the factory i believe it was a factory option though
