Help mirror problem

My 2003 F250 sd cc passenger side mirror (power towing type) will not turn to the right. It will go to the left, up & down. Any suggestions??????

It could be the switch ,when it rains or snows water finds its way into the switch when you open the door for a few seconds .We have seen this before.
Or you could have a loose connection to the switch.or mirror.
If you need nore wiring diagran help ,just ask

make sure the mirror is not physically stuck?

My money is on the switch. Why the heck do they use such junky switches on these trucks. My 2005 did a similar thing the day after it was delivered.
