63 tranny ID

What transmission do I have? '63 F-100 223ci. 3sp manual on the column. Tag on transmission says "HEFF". I can't seem to find info on this.
any help is appreciated.

All synchro? If so, probably a Ford "303". Top loaded iron case intro'd in late '63. Not sure what the previous job was, but it would have non-synchro 1st.
