Shock application...
Have a 2006 E450 MH and want to equip same with some good Bilsteins to improve the handling & ride. Only ones listed go thru model year 2003. Will these fit my application as well?

They should fit. To be sure check with Sam at http://www.stranoparts.com they sell the heavy duty Bilsteins and probably know if they will fit. They also have good deals on them too. And Sam is a friend of mine and a good guy. Knows his stuff about shocks too.
