I have a 78 F150 with power brakes. When I apply the brakes while the engine is running the pedal stays down. I have to manually pull it back up to release the brakes. Is this a problem with the booster? If so does the boooster have to be replaced or is there a vacuum bleed off valve or check valve that could be replaced? It has a new master cylinder and doesn't have any leaks in the system.
