New Exursion owner w/ pics

whats up guys. i just made the plunge and bought an 02 PSD Excurision.the only mod it came with was a 4" turbo-back banks exhaust and i've only had a week so my first mod was to remove the xls body pieces and turn it into a solid color xlt.
from this:
to this:

its not going to look like this for long. a BDS 6" lift will be here next week along with 325/80 Procomp Xterrains on 16x10 MT classic lock wheels. i should have pics with those wonderful little pieces installed by next weekend.

Nice truck. I never really liked the body cladding.

Oh and it is the XLTs that have the cladding and the XLSs are sans cladding.

Welcome to FTE! We look forward watching your truck evolve into your dream Excursion!

thanks alot for the kind words fellas...the cladding came off very easily however the double sided tape that held it on is a totally different story. the little pieces on the front fenders and rear quarter panels were fine, it was the doors that were horrible. the tape was harder and stronger than at the other places. it took a few hours out of my afternoon but it was very worth it imo.

I have a limited and I'm considering pulling off my cladding as well, just haven't worked up the nerve yet....! Yours looks good. I had heard there were holes in the rear quarter panel -- did you add those little extensions I see in the second pic?
