330's have the smallest bore of any FE or FT, at 3.875".
My book shows the 2TA crank used on 360's and 330's. It does NOT show the 2TA crank used on 361's. It shows the D3TE-1 block used on the 330, 360, 390, 361, and 391. I'd guess the bored it differently for the 330. My book also shows the C7TE-A long rod used exclusively on 330's.
Now this book has been known to have omissions before, so that's why I ask about the bore. That will end all doubt.
Could you tell me what book you are getting all this info from?? thanks

Edit: Yep, I'd be surprised if it didn't take a 428 bore. But you wont need to go that far. I'd go 4.050" and be done with it. Not sure what you're going to do with the crank and rods.
what does a stock block weigh? this one seems very heavy. i picked the block up by myself and it seem almost undoable. i weighed it on a scal from my hoist and it weighed 291 lbs with crank. i think a sbc 350 weighs 130 without crank. what a difference. i did the oiling mods to the block to.
