Hey Dan (shizats) did you happen to be over near Kelsey's (In Sarnia) on Saturday night or maybe it was Sunday night? I was over there cleaning up snow. I saw a truck that looked just like yours. I actually was admiring it.
That's cool. I honestly watched you get in your truck, start it up and drive away. It was a nice truck (even though it was dark)! Coffee would be great sometime. I think there are a few in our area that could get together. And I CAN still talk trucks even though I drive a Focus.
The contract will be with Landstar Roadranger out of Wallaceburg -- hauling general freight (van) in south-western USA mostly. The financing is pretty much approved as of Friday, we just have to get a letter from Landstar (today) and dicker about the downpayment and the monthly payments. I'll be teaming with my NEW fiance.
LOL, picked up one of the instructors at my trucking school! He was a Chev guy, but I fixed that -- we're trading the Chev in on the Freightliner and keeping the Ford - naturally ...
Well now Duc_Grrl congrats are in order on both fronts! Personal and proffessional life seem to be going great, Good for you!
So now you can haul back all those rust free Arizona trucks!!! I'll start making my list!
It was no easy task but our FTE operatives managed to infiltrate the secret testing ground located deep within Matt's Sarnia Estate and they managed to take this photo of Matt's slightly modified Ford Focus...... https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...id=109489&.jpg
He just took the plow off the front but still uses the car to melt snow...
