If any of your local dealers order from these guys don't expect to get what you ordered. I ordered a tonneau from them in OCTOBER. First they sent the wrong one, then they lost the order twice. All the while holding my $500 deposit. I get a call yesterday saying they lost the order AGAIN!!! ARGHHH! My cover was supposed to be here next week! Oh well time to search for another vendor. These guys SUCK!!!

They don't suck. Keystone is one of the largest auto accessories distributors in the country. If Keystone messed up as much as you say, they would ship millions of parts like they have. Chances are good that your dealer is the one that screwed up and is blaming it on Keystone.

Sounds right to me Ken, I had the similar problem with a dealer here a while back. Kept blaming the maunfactuer, I called the Manufactuer and was set straight. I then called the dealer back, just love to hear then talk in circles. lol. Take care.
