Tips On Installing Cab Mounts

I have a 95 F350 crewcab. I want install new poly bushing but I am heving a had time get the out ones out is there any tricks to this. Should cut the old one out?

You got to put a wrench on the top to keep the bolt from spinning and then try to turn the nut off. I used an impact wrench. I got all mine to come out except the one behind the drivers seat. It was the only one corroded so I took an angle grinder and ground the head off in the cab and i took a torch and burned the nut off the bottom. When i jacked up the cab It came right out. If you do this watch the gas tank when you torch the bottom.
