ABS light on

I Am Needing Help Here. I Have A 1999 Ford F-550. My Abs Light Came On The Other Day. A Few Miles Later It Started To Shift A Bit Hard. Then My Service Engine Light Also Came On. When I Got Back To My Shop I Checked It With My Code Scanner. It Said I Had A Speed Sensor Malfunction. I Moved The Sensor On The Rear End Around A Little An Made Sure It Was Clean And Tight. I Cleared The Sensor Code And The Service Engine Light Went Away. However The Abs Light Is Still On. The Truck Shifts Just Fine Now And The Brakes Are Working Like New. Why Is The ABS light Still On, And How Do I Get To Go Off? Thanks

The ABS sensor is also on the differential. On Both if you have 4 wheel ABS. If the speed sensor got crapped up, the ABS sensor could of done the same.
