Brake issue????
I have a 98 ranger supercab 4X4 off road and I just put new performance brake pads front and back to get rid of a anoying squeek! My brakes sqeek only when your not using them after you let off the brakes they start to make noise! So I replaced all the pads and it still does it I even tried some brake quite spray on all the roters and drums and still making noise!! Does anyone have a solution to this anoying problem!!!!

try replacing the hardware. pull the slide pins on the calipers and lube them up good. You might have a slight drag on the brakes. when you replaced the pads did you have the rotors turned. If not you might have glaze on them. Dont know what the brake setup is on your truck, but is there clips that are on the bracket that holds the caliper. If so replace those as well. hope this helps. sometimes there could be some glaze on the rotors. I would go have them turned. It only cost like 10 bucks a rotor at O'reilys were I live. That would be the first thing to do. Then you would know that your rotor are not warped at all, and there is no glaze on them. GL
