two years time

well, it's been awhile since i've posted any new pictures on here, but i got ambitious today after i mounted up my passenger fender. i don't have a digital camera so pictures are few and far between for me. so far i've changed out the cab, the box, went to manual steering because i can't afford to do a real swap, and i've put the box and front clip into primer. im on the lazy side so i just threw epoxy primer on the thing so i won't be pressed to get actual paint on it anytime soon. i still need to prime the doors and cab, and put the driver fender and hood on, but all in all, it's coming along. last summer i was expecting last fall. this summer i was expecting this fall. finally, this fall, i am realistically expecting to be back on the road for summer 2006. to make this a 4x4 relevant topic, i have a set of 245 85 16s on there now. as can be seen, theres alot of space above the front fenders. stock, these trucks can handle 36s ive heard. anyone think with that much space i can clear 38s? possibly 40s? i don't know by how much, but this truck is definately higher than other stock highboys ive seen. thanks for lissening to my bull shat. ill post some more pics next summer when i get the cab and doors into primer.

I'm in the same boat. . .fulltime work during the day, partime school at night. . .money isn't really an issue, but time is I tell you what, I can always find time to buy parts online I have L&L motor mounts, ladder bars, axle parts, motor parts, rebuild kits unopened, spare parts of all sorts. . .just sitting there waiting for me. . .

My 76 F250 4x4 clears 35" tires except when I turn all the way right the tire contacts the steering that sits outside of frame. To make bearings, joints, etc. last longer and to have lower loading height I use 33" tires.
