Thinking about rebuilding my engine

I currently have a stock 302 in my 88 F-150 I'm thinking about stroking out and popping a set of 351W heads on her. just wondering if anyone has done this? This is the first time working on a ford motor, most of the vehicles I've built up have been bow tie's.

is this a 4wd or 2wd truck. the 5.8 heads are the same as your 302 heads (E7's) so not any gain there. stroking will give you some more power but figure on either going to mass air or a Tweecer which is even more difficult but has plenty of flexibility.

go here www.fordfuelinjection.com . you need to do a lot more research

Its a 4x4, as I said this is the first ford product that I'm working on. so some of the terminology is kind of new to me.

a 351w swap would be a good power gain. is a strait bolt in place of your current motor and will give you an increase of 40lbft of torque right away.
