More problems this week

more troubles with the truck. i was backing up out of my driveway at about 12:30 in the morning and as soon as i back up and put it into gear a large pop comes from the bottom of the truck. i get out to see what it is, thinking its had to have been the transmission or U-joint or something along those lines and ends up the radius arm that comes off the axle and attaches to the suspension has broken the bracket that is on the suspension and the bar is at about a 45 degree angle and almost touching the ground. im guessing that the bracket is the only thing that needs fixed, but will i have to re-align the truck again or do anything else because that completely knocked the alignment up. and if anyone has an idea of where to order that part at i would appreciate it. its on the driver's side.
thanks

go to ford for bracket. you might as well put in new bushings, go to advance or whereever and get poly bushings.

check your other side. you should do an alignment after you are done.

you may have bent or broken something else so take a good look underneath the truck at the front end. good luck.

A lot of trucks up north do have this problem ....More than likely due to the salt on the roads in the winter
