Im getting ready to part out a 79 F150 would the front and back suspension bolt
into a 1966 F100. I want to be able to use the front disk set up off the 79 and the
brake master cylinder and booster. Thanks.

Crazy Otto, Welcome to FTE The best truck show on the net.
Yes to most of your question, I am not sure of (back suspension). You can make the rear axle fit by moving the mount points on the axle. I have not heard of anyone using the springs.
I run a 76 donor steering and brake setup under my 66.
John is correct about the front, but you won't be able to use the rear suspension without modifications.
The '79 springs are longer, and they are wider. If you don't mind cutting the rear spring hangers off both trucks, you can transplant them, but it isn't a bolt on affair.
The rear frame on the '79 is wider, which means you will have to cut off and re-locate the spring perches and the shock mounts on the rear axle to make it fit.
The rear axle is also wider, and you will have to make adjustments with wheels and setback.
I'm surprised you Guys didn't make the pitch for moving the 66 sheet metal to the 79 frame. So I will. Otto, consider moving your 66 cab and bed over to the 79 frame. This is easier and quicker than moving the 79 parts over to the 66. The bed will require some adapting since the holes to mount the bed to the frame will not line up (no big deal) and you may need to adjust the frame length (long wheelbase to a short wheelbase). After that its mostly a matter of picking up the pieces and disposing of those that you don't need. Welcome to FTE!
Would like to use the I-beams, radius arms, springs, spindles, rotors, tie rods, brake booster and master cylinder, etc. These look as if they will bolt in. Can the power steering box from the '79 be bolted into the '66? Do the '65-'66 F100's carry a nine inch rear end? These rear ends look different than later ones. If I could update the third member with a better gear ratio and update the rear brakes, I wouldn't consider swapping the '79 rear suspension into the '66.
All the bits and pieces will bolt on. The steering box will bolt on, in fact the 66 bolts will work. The rear should be a 9 inch. On the older trucks the rear differential housing is narrower than post 73 when Ford widened then frame to accommodate the fuel tank. Axle spline count was changed in 73 as well. You can change differentials and mix and match parts to get any gear ratio and wider brake drums along with axles that are the correct length and spline count. Wheel back spacing may be an issue so measure before you plunk down your money. Using a later (wider) axle housing is not a problem. You will need to remove and relocate the spring perches. After that everything bolts up. Wheel backspacing should be the only issue with the wider axle housing. Later when you start thinking about moving the fuel tank out of the cab, you may wish you had moved the 66 sheet metal over to the later frame and saved yourself a lot of work. IMHO!
