Question gflggpboef';blgfj

Do you ever wonder what the reasons of your existance are?

Do you ever wonder what the world would be like if you didn't exist?

Do you ever wonder what your life would be like if you didn't make the decisions that you made, good or bad?

10, 20, 30 years ago, did you expect to be where your at now?

Where do you think you will be in another 10, 20, 30 years?

Great questions, Parks!

1. No. I know the reason for my existance. Mom and Dad.
2. Nah. I know that there would be one less smart _ _ _.
3. Nah. I'm not worried about that. I'm here, and I've made some real bad decisions, but, hey, that's life.
4. Yup. I knew that I would be married to the woman that I am married to. I fell in love with her, the first time I saw her. I knew I'd have a house almost full of kids.
5. I will probably be taking a dirt nap, or still working, supporting my wife and kids.

Lastly. . . I only want to live long enough to be a problem to my children!
Haaha haaahaaaaa!!!!!!!

Nope. Why would you think that?

I just get alot of time to think & always come up with some strange questions.

The funny thing is that the answers are never the same, nor are they ever wrong.

on edit

I have to much to lose & no one to give it to if I did that.

I never thought 30 years ago that I would be single again and raising a small child alone.
I never give much thought to any of the others other than I figure in another 30 years....I'll be pushing up grass.

sounds like a DMB song

Could I have been
A parking lot attendant
Could I have been
A millionaire in Bel Air
Could I have been Lost somewhere in Paris
Could I have been
Your little brother
Could I have been
Anyone other than me
Could I have been
Anyone other than me
Could I have been
Anyone other than me
Could I have been
Anyone

He stands touch his hair his shoes untied
Tongue gaping stare
Could I have been a magnet for money?
Could I have been anyone other than me?

1. Sometimes, but I always tell myself that someone will show me one of these days.

2. Kind of...that could get pretty deep.

3. Definitely. When I went to college, I made some decisions that dropped me where I am now. First, I putzed around during classes and pledging freshman year, so, my college career promises to last almost 8 years while I make up for all of those nights of drinking cheap beer in a skank fraternity basement. At the same time however, I had met a girl who introduced me to a family friend, who later became my boss. I got here about 4 years ago, and am not going anywhere. That same girl also taught me a a ton of valuable lessons when I botched that relationship pretty good.

4. 10 years ago I knew I wanted to go to college, and had a relative idea of what I wanted to do. Never did I think it would be real estate though.

5. 10 years...working off the house, saving up for the kids.
20 years...spending a lot more time with the family.
30 years...retired and under the Broncos hood=)

Sometimes it's good to look at things introspectively. I doubt you'll find any answers in doing so, however. If you had done things differently, everything would be different. If I had been a better husband to my ex, I would've never met my current wife- the one I'd been seeking all my life. If I hadn't gone out drinking beer that fateful night on 25 feb 1982, I might have had a chance to play baseball in college- again, I never would have met my wife- and who knows how well I would (or would not) have done in college? I think we are where we are for a reason. I don't understand the reason, yet, but someday all will become clear. I just try to see the glass as half full... count your blessing and realize that had you made different decisions, you would have ended up elsewhere.

Did you ever wonder why we drive on a parkway, and park on a driveway?

That's about as deep and existential as I get. Anything beyond that is just too much for me to comprehend! Besides, life's too short. Just about the time you've figured all that out, you're too senile to know what it means!

Nope- look at my kids and I know.

Do you ever wonder what the world would be like if you didn't exist?
A few more Hondas and 'Yotas on the road, I imagine.

Do you ever wonder what your life would be like if you didn't make the decisions that you made, good or bad?
You can drive yourself crazy trying to second guess decisions you made. I try to learn from my mistakes, but never second-guess them.

10, 20, 30 years ago, did you expect to be where your at now?
Not in a million friggin' years. It's completely off of the charts- but I'm happy the way it turned out. Most importantly, I'm comfortable with myself and the person I grew into. I don't recall feeling that way when I was younger.

Where do you think you will be in another 10, 20, 30 years?
If nothing else, the last 30 years have taught me there's no way of knowing this.

Isn't it great to sit back and think about those questions? I find it rather relaxing sometimes.

Do you ever wonder what the reasons of your existance are?
I sometimes wonder if there is a reason or if we are all just happenstance.
Do you ever wonder what the world would be like if you didn't exist?
I'm sure trees would still grow. In other words, the world has been around for a long, long time - I think it could have gotten along just fine without me.
Do you ever wonder what your life would be like if you didn't make the decisions that you made, good or bad?
Not much different than it is now. I tend to think people would be predisposed to gravitate toward the same life no matter what there choices.
10, 20, 30 years ago, did you expect to be where your at now?
10 - I was already there, 20 - I was too drunk too care, 30 - I was too young to worry about it.
Where do you think you will be in another 10, 20, 30 years?
About where I am now, with a few more or a few less toys and friends. Again, I think people tend to be who they are going to be no matter what the circumstances. We each have our own equilibrium we attempt to reach.

Wow, I'm really laying out some BS, aren't I?

Do you ever wonder what the reasons of your existance are?
Nope, Mom had 6 miscarages before I came along. To qutoe her for the answer to this question. "It was to let her know she is a mother!"
Do you ever wonder what the world would be like if you didn't exist?
The same just a little quieter.
Do you ever wonder what your life would be like if you didn't make the decisions that you made, good or bad?
Some times but I don't regret any good or bad!
10, 20, 30 years ago, did you expect to be where your at now?
Truth be told. I didn't expect to make it 25. For insight I jump a pep rally bonfire when I was 15 on my CR125 because I was bored.
Where do you think you will be in another 10, 20, 30 years?
Doing the same things I do now. Enjoying what life has to offer. Being a parent, and praying the kids get the good stuff I learned and learn from my mistakes. Youngest of the 6 kids is 4 and wont graduate High School till I am 54.

Do you ever wonder what the reasons of your existance are?
Not really, but someday I'm sure I'll find out.
Do you ever wonder what the world would be like if you didn't exist?
No, I'm to busy enjoying the fact that I do exist
Do you ever wonder what your life would be like if you didn't make the decisions that you made, good or bad?
I feel that it is the decisions I have made in the past (good or bad) that make me who I am today.
10, 20, 30 years ago, did you expect to be where your at now?
I never thought ten years ago that I would would be clean and sober now
I never thought 20 years ago that I would still be married to the same Lady today. See above statment to better understand.
30 years ago I was 12, I really didnt think about where I would be in 30 years.
