rear shackles

i am working on my rear sus and noticed whatever retard worked on it before put the shackles on backwards. it doesnt look like it really matters or does it?

they cant mount upside down, but can be rotated from front to back or back to front

i seem to remember that it was hard not to put then in right.

the plate part on the lower part of shackle goes to the front.

go figure...i hope that whoever installed them had a hell of a time installing them wrong because he screwed screwed up all my hanger brackets as well as other stuff
