on average how much horsepower would a 351W in a 1979 F-150 pump out.

Jimbo,
A 78 302 2V with 8.4:1 compression ratio was rated @ 135HP.
A 78 351W 2V with 8.3:1 compression ratio was rated @ 143HP.
A 78 351M 2V with 8.0:1 compression ratio was rated @ 145-153HP.
