well being that it was used a rebuild is a good idea. you have no clue what is in there. also the gaskets shrink and leak once the fuel is gone for long periods of time. you will need to jet and install a PV to suit your application.is it vac secondarie or mechanical?
they're not too difficult to rebuild... to get the right power valve you need a vacuum guage, run the truck at idle with the tranny in gear and the brakes on. divided the vacuum reading by 2 and then add .5..... thats the size of power valve you need...
