My wife likes my truck, since it was my grandfather' truck, and since I had it longer than I've had her she better like it, but she is not crazy about other old cars and trucks. She has lately said if she were to get an old car, she would like an old T-bird, the kind that Suzanne Sommers drove in American Grafitti, a '55, '56, or '57. But it has to be an automatic and have air conditioning. I looked at the new ones Ford is making and they are out of our pricce range. I was searching the web for old ones for sale and they are cheaper than the new.

I came across this website that caught m eye that had nothing to do with with T-bird cars yet had a lot to do with Ford History I thought many of you would find interesting. There is a high school in Dearborn, Michigan named the Edsel Ford High School located on Rotunda Drive. Their nickname/mascot is the Thunderbirds!
Pretty cool, huh! Wonder if there are any kids (or teachers) that are Chevy lovers there?
