I have an 88 F150 4x4 that im going to be selling. I know the blue book value is $2,164, thats at a dealer. does anyone know a rule of thumb or how much they would actually sell it for?
Get the interior detailed, and wash and wax the exterior. Fix anything that's wrong with it, and make it look as good as it can. You won't get what the dealer price, though. You want to look at private party value.
I have sold several vehicles and my first rule is always be honest....
Let them know what you have done to it.... i.e. what you have fixed, modified , anyknown problems....Also let them know about any service records you may have...
That way they know when fluids were changed, tune up and whatever else you would want to know....Think about this wouldnt you want someone to let you know ...
