I have seen this before too on an Aerostar. I guess these have no grease fittings huh? Once the sealed bearing decides it wants to stop working, you're done. Good point to note when you start hearing a squealing noise from the front of the motor. Good post!

Got it back and it just doesn't seem right. The power steering works but there seems to be a lot of "play" in the steering wheel. The mechanic said this could be air in the system and will go away. Does this sound right?
Also the engine doesn't sound right to me. I didn't have much time to drive it last night after I picked it up. I'll have to drive this weekend to see what's going on.
