hello all-
At my work, we have a 03 e-150 van. The gauges have not worked since i started working there. Someone told my boss that it was the "cluster" behind the dash. My boss has NO clue when it comes to working on cars and as you will note from my user name that i am not familiar with ford products at all. I would really like to help him out as he ran it out of gas the other day. I asked him if they ment the "gauge cluster" but he wasn't sure. Does anyone care to help out? any inputs would be great TIA ben

The first thing to do is check all the fuses. These late models have plenty of them too. I would pull each one and visually check it. Your van probably doesn't have much of an engine compartment, but I would look around in there too, since some Fords have fuse boxes under there in addition to the one under the dash.
