ranger a4ld 1992 in a mustang

i purchased an a4ld tranny from a smashed up 1992 ranger, thinking it would fit my 2.3 1989 mustang also has the a4ld trans but today i noticed my mustang has a two pin connector for the solenoids while the rangers trans has the three pin connector, different connectors ,what am i to do now,if i find out theres no way its going to work i will have to sell it,,the ranger had severe front damage,no damage to the trans at all,the fluid was clear pink,,i will take 100
and i'll guarantee it,,sromero7@yahoo.com,,in Chicago

Put your old valve body on your new trans. Also switch around wire connectors. Becareful when removing it, use a brake ajustment tool to pry
back the plastic tounge in the back to release the connector. Becareful the plastic is easy to break!!!
