Cold Starting Problem

I have a '95 Bronco and first thing in the morning and at 5:00 when I leave work the truck will not start. I turn the key, the fuel pump comes on, then the truck just turns over but won't fire. The only way to solve this problem is to leave the key on and after a short time the fuel pump will kick on again and the truck starts. Any ideas??

your fuel pressure regulator is bad or you have a leaking injector. have the fuel pressure checked at the rail with the key on and while the motor is running. should be 35-40psi
