hooker headers swap mounts?

hooker headers swap mounts?
have any of you ever used these mounts to swap in a 429/460? have any of you heard of them? i was wondering if they were any better than the L&L stuff:-X11

I picked up a set of Hooker Super Comps for a good price, when they wouldn't fit I was told to use their mounts. I was using L&L at the time. To make the Hooker mounts fit you must remove the stock perches the L&L mount on, you must also use the Ford 460 motor mounts. It's more expensive, less robust and the #$%^'in headers still did not fit. Stick with the L&L product, you'll be much happier in my humble opinion.

If you use the factory frame mounts and motor mounts from a donor truck, you can use any header that is made for the truck/engine combo. I used Dynomax headers on my 77 F-150, 460/C6 that was a 351/C6 originally. Nothing works better than the way the factory designed it!
