it really depend on what your doing. I have had both and i think that the 351m had more for racing but the 360 has low end tourqe. there really neck and neck. i personally like the light weight 351m for my daily driver but the heavy, tourqe of the 360 in my mud truck!
I've seen spec. books that say many things about h.p., so i'd check a book of the same year with both motors listed in it.
