If your talking about PAW in so Cal, I'd say no. I got bad part from them and have heard of several others with the same problem. If you can find one locally, I'd do that first.
I called them about a 428 crank a while back and they said they haven't seen one in many years, so I'd start off with a call to make sure they actually have one. IF you do buy from them, I'd take it to a shop to have it looked at before installing it, they do very poor machine work at PAW.
http://www.dscmotorsport.com/ should have them too and they have a great rep from what I've heard. They carry a bunch of FE stuff too.
My two cents is to tell them exactly what you want(for instance no more than 20/20 on the mains and rod journal), how you want it machined, and what not. If you just ask for something, they will give you anything. A friend of mine bought a 350 from them(yes I said a 350), it was bored .080 over!!! They told him too bad, cause he didnt say what over bore wasnt acceptable. Keep in mind, these guys wont take anything back once they ship it!! (well, they might, but.....)
