Chrome Touch-Ups

On my truck the chrome bumper has rust spots in some crevices. How can I fix this?

Unfortunately the only way to do it right is to have it rechromed or get a new one.

Actually, now that I think of it, if its light rust it might come off with steel wool.

You can also clean the rust off the chrome using Aluminium Foil and White Vinegar, another of the many things I've learned from this site. I was actually amazed at how easily it removed the rust stains on our KW's stacks.

Once its cleaned up, keep it polished. Its not a cure, just a cosmetic.
