Talking Engine swap in 69 crew compression test on 360 at 100lbs good ?????

Hi there

I have a 68 and 69 crew cab both with 360's I was looking for a 390 but no luck yet the one in the 69 is tired and burns oil on 5 cylinders and the trany on that engine has the 3rd gear starting to go. any way the 68 360 tests 100lbs on all cylinders with plugs perfect for no oil consumption is 100lbs good for this engine??????? I am thingking of swiching them as I want the 69 4X4 as my driver. any thoughts as it should be to big of a deal to swich them sould it??????
thanks in advance

360's never did have a high compression ratio. That's probably right on target for that motor, so long as it's even between all 8 cylinders.

They should swap right over, no issues.
