My Timing
I have a 1989 F250 460 FI in the manual it says to unplug the single wire rite above the main harness that goes into the distributer.I have no single wire.But there is another harness with 7 wires,is that what I unplug.

You don't unplug that harness from the distributor. There is a small grey plug that acts as a jumper in that wiring harness. You have to pull the plug out to disable the advance in order to set the base timing.

Quick update
There was no way I could get the timing to work.So after reading another thread about FPR I took the hard plastic vaccum line off and found a hole rubbed rite through.Just for now I put some black tape on it, and this thing runs awesome know.Thanks for the help
