Question Flex Fuel Kit?

Does anybody know or think that there might be an aftermarket kit to convert your truck so it can run on E85? I live in Iowa and there are many gas stations that are now selling E85.

I don't think its gonna happen. They would each need EPA certification which is very expensive plus you have to give up your vehicle for 50,000 miles while they test it.

Does Ford make a flex-fuel truck?

You can run about 20% E85 mixed with gas, but I wouldn't go over that and you will definitely get worse gas milage, like 1/3 less. Ie if you get 15 now then you'll only get 10! (Unless you have a turbo, which seems to do better.)
