Rear Spring Question
Anybody have any advice as to where I can get some new or at least reconditioned rear springs for a 66 2wd shortbed. My truck was originally a 6 cyl and the rear spring have gotten so tired that someone had to put helper springs on it just to keep it from sagging. It's getting a V-8 and I'm going to be using it to tow stuff so I want something good and sturdy back there. I've had no luck going through our spring suppliers at work. Anyone have any suggestions?

swains springs has leafs for all years. not sure on the prices but u can call or go online to fine out. it's www.swainssprings.com and the number is (800)378-1246. hope this helps u out.

Get replacement springs from the same folks Henry Ford got them from. www.eatonsprings.com Nice folks! Easy to talk to and really lookout for hobby builders.
