Long time no hear. Sorry about that. Just got back to work after 6 monjths on dissability and things have been very busy.
On to the point. I found a nice truck just a mile from my place. A '59 F100(not running). Glass is still good too. Has an I-6, but has lots of room for a larger mill. Not sure if I'm going to get it. Probably not, but I still thought you guys would be interested.
Still haven't figured out what I'm going to do with my '58 Merc 2-ton either. Tooo many projects. I'm sure you all understand that.

Fullcrew7.3, the 59 F100 sounds like a great starting point for a project, I too have too many prodjects and can`t see that changing anytime soon. A running '58 Merc 2-ton would be a neat truck to have around the farm.
Went to North Battleford last Monday and just as you arrive there along highway 16 in a farm on the south side I saw 3 or 4 48-50 ford trucks parked in the farm yard. They look like they were put there to be sold and seen from the highway. Maybe someone here is looking for them. Get a collection of them to help start a project. Seemed to be enough to get one good one out of them.
I go past there twice a week Glen. There is actually a big no trespassing sign on the locked gate at the entrance to the driveway. There are a few trucks, a few ranchero's and a 60's fastback at a truck stop between Battleford and Lloyd. And just outside of Lloyd there is a yard full of large truck's, a few econolines some cars and buses. From what a i heard they are all quite expensive.
